Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry discussed the implementation of the Paris Agreement in a phone conversation on Saturday and agreed to promote bilateral contacts in this field, the Russian Foreign Ministry said, TASS informs.
