On February 8, 2021, ASCEND and Columbia Business School’s Center on Global Brand Leadership brought together a panel of experts for a discussion on the changing requirements of leadership in American business and the role of Human Resources teams in helping to create and foster a diverse and inclusive environment as well as an equitable culture.

The panelists, along with the moderators, Ken Stern, Chair of ASCEND and Matthew Quint, Director of the Center on Global Brand Leadership, discussed how Human Resources team can shape sustainable, systemic change in corporate culture and serve as a catalyst for innovation in response to the shifting values of business leadership.
