(NYSE: DFIN), (the “Company”) announced today that it has delivered a redemption notice to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association to redeem on October 15, 2021, all of the outstanding $233,001,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.250% Senior Notes due 2024 issued by the Company (the “Notes”). The redemption price for the Notes will be 102.063% of outstanding principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but not including the Redemption Date (the “Redemption Price”).
