On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel, ‘Ekta Diwas’ was celebrated by the Arwind Kejriwal led Delhi Government by organising a Cycle Rally for the staff and common public on Friday.The Rally was flagged off by LG of Delhi, Anil Baijal, from the ViceRegal Lodge, Delhi University. “Rashtriya Ekta Diwas is celebrated for the last seven years now in the memory of Sardar Vallabhai Patel. He was the first deputy prime minister and home minister of India. He was also known as the Iron Man because he contributed not only to the administration but also to get unity in the country.
