 Erin Griffith Lance Wade is questioning Grossman about a certain document that is not in evidence and Grossman is refusing to acknowledge that it “refreshes his recollection” because he believes Wade’s questions are misleading.  Erin Griffith 🩸 It’s U.S. v.
