Artreach Collective is a professional art therapy and creative counselling service based in Caulfield North, VIC, offering inclusive and supportive environments for individuals seeking emotional well-being through artistic healing. Our practice is founded on the belief that creativity and healing go hand-in-hand, and we specialise in helping children, adolescents, and adults express themselves through creative processes when words are not enough.
We provide both one-on-one and group art therapy sessions, along with engaging children’s art workshops for ages 6 and above. All sessions are trauma-informed, neurodiverse-friendly, and designed to support mental health, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and personal growth. Whether your child is neurodivergent, experiencing social challenges, or simply needs a safe space to explore their emotions through art, Artreach Collective creates a nurturing and sensory-safe setting for all.
Led by Michal Mainzer, an experienced art therapist and practicing artist with over 10 years in the disability and mental health sectors, Artreach Collective uses a client-centred, strengths-based approach to healing. Our sessions are grounded in creative healing art therapy techniques that combine emotional awareness, sensory engagement, and artistic exploration.
If you’re looking for a welcoming space to foster connection, creativity, and confidence, we invite you to discover the therapeutic power of art at Artreach Collective.
