Passionate food industry veterans, John Peter “JP” Bertakis and Jack Bozonelos have been fans of the Boar’s Head Brand for many years and are proud to introduce their first-of-its-kind, independently owned and operated street-side Boar’s Head Café to the Chicago Loop.
Jack and JP were both born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. JP grew up immersed in the specialty grocery industry, and Jack began working in his family’s restaurants at a young age.
