Suzanne Levy brings 24 years of leadership expertise to her client relationships.

Suzanne works with global CXO, senior leaders and high potentials of Fortune 500 companies, privately owned and founder-led organizations as well as scaling growth companies to drive peak individual and organizational performance. Suzanne is known for her straightforward insightful approach helping clients identify behaviors that promote and derail leadership effectiveness. Before founding Bolder Leadership, Suzanne launched and managed a division of The Walt Disney Co. overseeing all publishing, marketing, and consumer goods for many television properties. Prior to Disney, she worked in production management at HBO and in advertising at Ammirati and Puris in New York City.
Suzanne served on the planning committee of the Executive Coaching Summit, a global network of senior development experts researching and integrating best practices. She was the career coach for Vault.com, a financial and legal industry leader in career support; has presented to “100 Women in Hedge Funds”; and the catalyst for her client’s book Becoming Ginger Rogers: How Ballroom Dancing Made Me a Happier Woman, Better Partner, and Smarter CEO. Suzanne served as a judge for Colorado Companies to Watch which awards and honors 2nd Stage companies for the critical role they play in the state and community economies.
Suzanne graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Washington University in St. Louis. She practiced martial arts for six years and believes we all have far more strength within us than we recognize. She lives in Boulder, CO with her husband and two teen children. She can be found on the hiking trails, in the lap pool or in the dance studio.
