Next year we will be seeking a further total of $7.5 million to complete development studies and gain regulatory approval for clinical trials (IND). This could dilute you down to 10.75% but still valued at $10.75 million.
Wait a further two years (and after further investment) when we will have clinical proof of concept and you total $1 million investment now will still be worth 7.25% which could equal $86.9 million
