The company was founded in April 1994 in Hong Kong, after the approval of the State Council of PRC and the Hong Kong Government. Since 2014 the company has been awarded ‘A-‘ long-term local currency insurer financial strength rating by Standard & Poor’s. The outlook is stable. In 2016, the company generated premium income of HKD 557 million and net profit of HKD 91 million with total assets of HKD 1,340 million and net assets of HKD 500 million respectively.
