I am an experienced, fully qualified Anxiety Specialist. I assist customers throughout Reading and Berkshire overcome whatever is preventing them from unlocking their full capability. I have efficiently worked with customers on a wide range of issues including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, self-esteem, stress, fears and phobias, misophonia, sleep problems, addictions, anger, and low self-confidence.
Being qualified in both Hypnotherapy and EMDR, I can also assist customers with symptoms of PTSD and trauma-related anxiety.
I use both in-person and online consultations. I see clients in my comfortable, private, therapy pod with free auto parking. Customers are welcome to book a free confidential, initial consultation to ensure I am the best person to assist them.
