Dos Toros was founded by two brothers from California with a simple dream – to bring the best of the San Francisco taqueria experience to the rest of the country. We proudly cook our recipes from scratch using the finest ingredients and naturally raised proteins. Working together, our terrific and talented team strives to deliver uncompromising excellence, one burrito at a time.

We currently have 17 locations in NYC and 4 in Chicago. Dos Toros takes pride in being a good neighbor and actively supporting the communities that support us. The same drive that inspires us to cook our hot sauces from scratch everyday is what inspires us to support amazing organizations like South Bronx United – it’s the right thing to do! Whether it’s through donations to local schools, partnering with nonprofits to feed those in need, or stepping up with employment opportunities to give members of our society the second chance they deserve, Dos Toros is committed to making a positive impact.

Dos Toros is a San Francisco style taqueria based in New York City. Founders Oliver and Leo Kremer started DT because they wanted to share this wonderful regional staple with the burrito starved East Coast. We pride ourselves on our legit, inclusive, and playful culture. We combine killer reviews in the New York Times, Time Out, & New York Magazine with internally produced rap parody videos like ‘Guac It Out’. With a growing list of locations all across New York City, we are equally equipped to handle the avalanche of lunch guests in Manhattan’s financial and midtown districts, as well as hosting a trendy dinner date in Williamsburg or the West Village. We use only the finest ingredients, have a terrific team, and deliver uncompromising excellence, one burrito at a time.

Sustainability – Keepin’ it Green – from sourcing only naturally raised meats to composting our kitchen waste, we take sustainability seriously.

Sourcing
We’re proud to source chicken, steak, and pork that are 100% naturally raised, antibiotic and hormone free.

Composting
We compost our kitchen food waste, and our utensils, cups, straws, napkins, bags, and platos are all compostable.

Furniture
Our tables and wainscotting are all made from reclaimed wood.

GMO Info
There are no GMOs in our flour tortillas, corn tortillas, or rice. Our corn chips however do contain GMO corn (90% of the US corn crop is GMO).

BPA Free
Our thermal receipt paper is BPA-free.
