EnerGaia was incorporated in Thailand in April 2009 after years of research looking into the best methods to utilize microalgae to capture industrial CO2 from power plant flue gas. Though our company’s mission has evolved to focus on providing spirulina as a great tasting and healthy functional superfood ingredient, we still strive to be more than a food company. We believe that all food should be sustainable, meaning that the production of nutritious food should be accessible to everyone and should not be harmful to the environment.
EnerGaia offers healthy food and beverage products containing the superfood microalgae, spirulina, as a key functional ingredient. We also sell and license our proprietary spirulina production technology and patented post-harvest processing methods. We provide complimentary technical services such as training courses on how to grow spirulina and consultation services to assist new or existing spirulina businesses with production or marketing challenges.
