MANTEC

MANTEC, founded in 1988, is one of seven private nonprofit Industrial Resource Centers in Pennsylvania that serve nine counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York. The organization’s goal is to engage and empower manufacturers by providing services that increase their worldwide competitiveness while also improving sustainability, diversity, and quality of life. MANTEC provides a full suite of services, including process improvement, labor engagement, manufacturing technology integration, and sales and marketing strategies. They also offer professional growth through a variety of training courses, including Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 30 Training, and Project Management Fundamentals. Furthermore, MANTEC organizes events such as the SMART Manufacturing Conference and Manufacturing Matters sessions to promote networking and knowledge sharing among industry professionals.
