National CineMedia Inc is a holding company that operates a digital in-theatre media network across North America. The company displays ads in movie theaters, online, and through mobile video. National CineMedia’s most important operation is First Look, its prefeature programming that plays before a movie and related trailers start. The company also operates an online and mobile network in combination with movie theaters that includes movie content, trailers, showtimes, and other features.


We currently derive revenue principally from the sale of advertising to national, regional and local businesses in pre-show, our cinema advertising and entertainment pre-show seen on movie screens across the U.S. We also sell advertising on our Lobby Entertainment Network (“LEN”), a series of strategically-placed screens located in movie theater lobbies, as well as other forms of advertising and promotions in theater lobbies. In addition, we sell online and mobile advertising through our Cinema Accelerator digital product to reach entertainment audiences beyond the theater.
