Pei Wei’s story begins with the culinary experts at P.F. Chang’s wanting to have a restaurant that was able to serve authentic, Asian-inspired dishes, in a fast paced, casual dining setting. Their dream was realized in the summer of 2000, when the first Pei Wei opened its doors.

Our kitchens honor Asian culinary tradition cooking in woks and making sure that everybody has generous portions on their plates. That means an effort make sure that the crisp, house-chopped veggies and savory, house-battered chicken and cooked with care. That means our entrees are made-to-order and served to table, not ladled into styrofoam while you shuffle through a cafeteria line, leading to better quality and higher customer satisfaction.
