Mansi and Malvika Deshmukh, co-founders, began their entrepreneurial journey in their parents’ garage. Malvika discovered the transformative power of clip-in hair extensions while studying in New York and as a result of a bad haircut. The motivation for starting Razzl Dazzl Hair was to share the confidence that beautiful hair provides to women worldwide. Founded in 2017, our sole objective was to create an affordable yet ethical hair brand, and to that end, our team
travelled extensively in search of the ideal manufacturer. Razzl Dazzl Hair is committed to sourcing hair from voluntary donors and manufacturing products sustainably. After visiting over 40 factories, we identified our manufacturers – our partners who manufacture the highest quality double-drawn Remy hair extensions and titanium styling tools. Razzl Dazzl Hair launched officially in January 2018, following a year of development and testing. Malvika and Mansi decided to rebrand Razzl Dazzl Hair as their business grew.
