Reverencia is a collaboration between Carmelo Gomez and Chelsey Ceja; both artists work from their clinic in Richmond, Virginia. Carmelo is a licensed tattoo artist specializing in black and grey and neotraditional tattoos. Chelsey is a licensed esthetician and licensed permanent makeup artist specializing in the nano hair stroke technique.
