3) Changes to the Terms or Platform

We may modify these Terms and the Platform. Material changes become effective 30 days after posting; we will notify registered users by email or in-product notice. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5) Our Role; Hosting; No General Monitoring

1BusinessWorld operates a global business ecosystem that connects members, companies, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and audiences. We host User Content and third-party materials and may provide discovery, listings, and event infrastructure. Where permitted by law, you waive moral rights (or agree not to assert them) to enable formatting, editing, and promotion.
  3. Permissions & Representations. You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions (including copyrights, trademarks, privacy/publicity rights, and consents for personal data, likenesses, music, and third-party materials) necessary for the above license; and that your User Content and its use under these Terms do not violate law or third-party rights.
