India’s Oyo files for IPO
India-based budget hotel giant Oyo is planning to raise around $1.2 billion in a public offering, according to a new filing with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Founded in 2013, Oyo has raised $4.1 billion in equity and debt financing since inception, with SoftBank as its largest backer. The company says it operates over 157,000 hotels and homes on its platform, with offerings …
