Harvard Internal Pathways Program: A Powerful Tool for Professional Development

The Harvard Internal Pathways Program (HIPP) is designed to support University trade and service workers with opportunities for upward mobility and professional development. Running for nearly four years now, HIPP developed as an extension of previous diversity programs on English language and learning and had since evolved to be an annual cohort of twenty to twenty-five candidates.
