Jarrod Ramos, the gunman who attacked the Capital Gazette newsroom in Annapolis in 2018, will serve five consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole for the murders of Wendi Winters, Rob Hiaasen, Gerald Fischman, Rebecca Smith and John McNamara.
