FitFx Training is an online and in-person service provider in fitness and rehabilitation, specializing in kinesiology and health sciences. Services provided are personal training/kinesiology services (online and in-home/clinic), corporate wellness offerings, and group fitness classes.
FitFx Training’s goal is to provide efficient fitness and exercise prescriptions (FitFx) for general and special populations. We do this by ensuring our services are evidence-based, effective, and customized to our clients’ needs.
