Booked a balayage appointment in this salon days prior and I appreciated the constant reminders. It was my first time going outside of my comfort zone with regards to the color. Jay, Sunny and even Robin did a wonderful job. They all worked to come up with a beautiful look for me. Service was excellent. Everyone was very accommodating. They offered drinks and snacks, and would constantly replenish them since my procedure took 5.5 hours. I love their attention to detail from the board on my lap where I could work on my laptop to the power banks to charge phones.
