Dr. Gershon has served as Senior Strategic Advisor for Fortune 500 Companies including McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Bain Capital, BlackRock, American Express, Tiger Global, GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pfizer, and Novartis, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Clinton Global Initiative.

Over the past 23 years Dr. Gershon has led Endeavor to 100 investments, built a thriving ecosystem of partnerships in Biopharma, Biotech, Healthtech, Medtech, Hospitals, Ivy League Academic Medical Centers, and Venture Capital, and has established a deep network of C-Suite thought leaders who help guide Endeavor to prescient, future facing investments and advise large industry and startup clients on how to prepare now for the future ahead.

Dr. Gershon is a Harvard, McGill and Columbia trained neuroscientist, oncologist and immunologist, and former FDA attorney. He has served as the Aspen Institute Business of Health Chair and Senior Fellow, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Mayday Fellow, Matter Health Executive-in-Residence, and has been a Senior Lecturer of Healthcare Economics and Entrepreneurship at Johns Hopkins, Guest Lecturer of Healthcare AI and Venture Investing at Johns Hopkins, Professor of Healthcare Policy and Finance at Columbia, Professor of Healthcare Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Chief Innovation and Investment Officer of Life Sciences at McGill, Guest Lecturer of Drug Development and Drug Discovery at the Harvard and MIT Health Sciences and Technology Program, and Guest Lecturer of Healthcare AI and Digital Innovation at NYU.
