During that time, Andelman served as Director of Development for the Mega Group, Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor at SVN, and Managing Broker/Owner of Idealty Chicago. He has leased, sold and managed over 2 million square feet of commercial property in the Chicago metropolitan area, including multifamily, retail, office and industrial, and has generated over $100 million of sales volume.
