Matt Andelman is CEO & Co-founder of ABC FinTech and ABC Tokens. The ABC Companies have recently developed a technology platform, providing a modern way to participate in commercial real estate investments. Andelman has 20 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage and property management in the residential and commercial real estate sectors. During that time, Andelman served as Director of Development for the Mega Group, Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor at SVN, and Managing Broker/Owner of Idealty Chicago. He has leased, sold and managed over 2 million square feet of commercial property in the Chicago metropolitan area, including multifamily, retail, office and industrial, and has generated over $100 million of sales volume.
