Diversity is a powerful force and contributes to the success of societies and economies. The research report ‘Board Diversity and Effectiveness in FTSE 350 Companies’ takes in the views of over 75 board members and shares important insights into the impact of diversity and shifting dynamics in the boardroom to improve constructive challenge and decision making.
Dr Randall Peterson and Vyla Rollins, both of the Leadership Institute at London Business School and the economists Osman Anwar and Sergei Plekhanov from SWQ present the findings and share the headline themes of the research. This was a partnership project and the report was commissioned by the Financial Reporting Council.
