When Michael Dubin reflects on what he wishes he’d known when he was starting Dollar Shave Club a decade ago, his answer is simple: “That everything’s going to work out just fine.”For Dubin, it certainly did. By 2016, his direct-to-consumer men’s grooming company had hit No. 65 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. That same year, it was acquired by Unilever for $1 billion.
